All about OTG files
OTG stands for OpenDocument Graphics Template and is the template format for vector graphics (e.g., organizational charts, flowcharts, technical drawings) in the OpenDocument standard. OTG files are typically created and edited in LibreOffice Draw to create reusable drawing templates (e.g., for floor plans with defined borders). When opening an OTG file, Draw automatically creates a new, unnamed file, and the template remains untouched.
Technically, OTG, like all other current OpenDocument formats (ODF), is a ZIP archive containing various XML files and attachments. Many OTG files are also created accidentally during saving when "OTG" (ODF Drawing Template) is selected instead of "ODG" (ODF Drawing).
